I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast. My experience has been extremely disappointing and has completely changed my perception of the Mercedes-Benz bran Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast. My experience has been extremely disappointing and has completely changed my perception of the Mercedes-Benz brand. I currently lease a 2024 Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ SUV that has had ongoing system failures and technology issues since early in my ownership. These include software updates that will not complete, Apple CarPlay repeatedly disconnecting during drives, and malfunctioning sensor systems that have even limited the vehicle’s acceleration in traffic because it incorrectly detected nearby vehicles. Despite documenting these problems and providing evidence, the dealership repeatedly claims they “cannot replicate the issue” in their shop. To make matters worse, dealership leadership took months to respond to my requests to discuss these problems. What should have been a straightforward customer service conversation turned into a long, frustrating process where my concerns were largely ignored. Instead of working toward a reasonable resolution, the dealership and Mercedes-Benz have essentially taken the position that because they cannot reproduce the problems on demand, the customer is simply stuck with a faulty vehicle. I made a very reasonable request to terminate the lease due to the ongoing safety and system concerns. That request was denied. At this point, it has become clear that neither the dealership nor Mercedes-Benz has any real intention of doing right by their customer. Because of this experience, I will never purchase another Mercedes-Benz vehicle again, and I certainly would not recommend buying from this dealership or any dealership owned by the same group. If you value responsive customer service, accountability, and a company that stands behind its product, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. More
