They let me know exactly what is going on with my car, leave the decisions to me and help me find the most cost effective way with the best service. In addition, this time there was enough to be done that I needed a loaner car. They provided it without any problem so that my repairs were as hassle free as possible. When I picked up my car, it was cleaner than when I dropped it off and it drove like a dream all the way home (repaired struts--made all the difference!). I love Auburn Honda Service and travel from Sacramento anytime I need something done. More

Auburn Honda has been our Honda service center for over 20 years and where we bought our last new Civic in 2014. Always accommodating for service - drop off at all hours and ready when promised. We also have a 2010 Honda Element that we will never replace - we took it for a 2 month trip around the US, even had to sleep in it a few nights. The Honda navigation system is the best! We had great fun seeing the GPS coordinates and elevation of many parks and sights along the way! More
