Vast improvements have been made to the service side within the last year. You can now usually get ahold of someone when you call, the service is excellent, and they now have a shuttle for when you do g within the last year. One thing I do not like - is the “We want to buy your” vehicle emails constantly after service. As long as Audi keeps putting real engines in their vehicles - I will keep buying them. More

Recently took my 2017 Audi A4 AllRoad into Audi of Anchorage to address an indicator light on the dash. Unfortunately the news wasn’t great and I need to replace the turbo. In spite of the bad news, I am deeply appreciative of the way the dealership handled everything. They were understanding, no hard pressure tactics and took the time to explain to me my options and what I could expect from the vehicle until I can get it repaired. I came away, feeling that I had a trustworthy relationship with the dealership and that I was getting an honest and fair answer from them. This is just as important if not more important than the actual repairs. More
