2023 A5 brought in for dead battery at 18k under warranty but the service adviser tried to charge me $700 for a replacement stating I let the vehicle sit to long. Part 2: I was turned down for a simple three (3) day reimbursement for a rental car that caused me much inconvenience to acquire on short notice. Again the tech. adviser reacted with a negative tone. Part 3: The service adviser recorded on their paperwork that i turned down recommended 20k mi service schedule work- but my vehicle only has 18k miles on it- again met with negative attitude.
