In different capacities, Jacob Kraml and Saab were supportive, attentive and proactive in their Sales representative's roles walking us through the process in an understanding, informative and humane manner, Artheom L. with a comprehensive approach on his financial piece and Joshua M. was an understanding, proactive, advocate and leader to figure out a proposal that could be more comprehensive considering the difficult, lengthy and stressful process that this experience represented for us, due this not being a regular car purchase, but one that came from unfortunate circumstances of a Hybrid car that suddenly stopped without notice and not very reasonable initial solutions from other parties. We are very appreciative with the care, sense and professionalism of the team in Audi Bellevue and glad to continue being a part of the Audi Bellevue family. More

She took extra time showing me all of the cars features and helping me get everything set up before I left the lot. Working with Arteom on financing was a breeze. It was quick and straight forward. He is kind and personable and was able to walk me through all of the documents along with some of the things I added for the cars service in the future. I have bought cars before and I love how Audi Bellevue didn't make it an all day thing. I was in and out super fast with exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy and love my new car. More
Relatively easy purchase of new Q5 on 11/30. Getting car to be like new (fixing ding on hood, dashboard issues, sirius not working, seat extender not going back in, getting license plate holder Getting car to be like new (fixing ding on hood, dashboard issues, sirius not working, seat extender not going back in, getting license plate holder off - took to another dealer who said it was put on with wrong screws), has been horrendous. When picked up on 12/17, the hood repair wasn't done properly - per sales associate -so have to redo. We scheduled for 1/29 with loaner car, though loaner was not available so had to reschedule. That didn't happen until 2/12 where again the confirmed loaner was not available so had to go to enterprise. I was told it'd be a day or so and would get confirmation in a couple hours. Not hearing I followed up the next day and go a response at 5:30pm that "we" arrived at the appointment late so didn't know. The next day (14th) I was told it'd be ready Tuesday morning. I was later told it'd be 11:30-noon which I couldn't make. I finally got on the 18th. In response to the blinking eye (driver fatigue monitor) I was told "No way to remove the blinking eye." I then shared information about a KD2 software update that helped others. Sirius says issue is with Audi and still not fixed with response "you'd have to contact audi america for that as we don't do that here." Regarding seat and other issues: "we will need to get you scheduled for a separate service appointment for the issues on the car. I'd recommend taking it closer to a you." That's enough for now. I expected more care. More

While my trade‑in was being evaluated, Rigo and I talked about the many vehicles I’ve owned over the years and even discovered we share a hobby. What is usually a dull waiting period turned into an enjoyable and genuinely engaging conversation. Once the trade‑in value was ready, we took the Q7 for a test drive. I immediately liked the SUV and decided to move forward with the purchase. Working with Rigo was an exceptional experience — unlike anything I’ve had at a dealership. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood every detail about my new vehicle. Before I left, he ensured the gas tank was full and that all stickers and markings were removed so the car was spotless. Rigo delivered a level of service that truly stood out. I’m grateful for the experience and highly recommend him. More

My Q5 developed a major issues that was going to cost thousands to repair. Andrew made a very frustrating experience bearable. I leased an SQ8 etron from Audi. As part of the process, explained how important range was to my personal need for the vehicle and how the configuration was close to the minimum I wo As part of the process, explained how important range was to my personal need for the vehicle and how the configuration was close to the minimum I would be able to get. The sales team assured me that Audi vehicles performed at or above their stated range. My lease started in November. Immediately, the vehicle performed nowhere near its stated range of 252 miles per charge. I was not seeing more than 190 miles of stated range (and in actual driving, I was getting significantly less than that). When I brought it they said it was "just because of the cold" and the vehicle was performing as designed. Incredibly frustrating. Nonetheless, I continued with the vehicle through the summer. It's never charged anywhere near its stated range of 252 miles, even in perfect weather conditions. When I've brought it in subsequently, they've tacitly acknowledged that "something must be wrong with the battery" if it's performing that way. However, they've offered no solution whatsoever. I would not recommend buying a or leasing a vehicle from this dealership if you want assistance at all with the car after the purchase. Very disappointed. More
