Vultures that sell you services and then don’t give you a refund when the car’s been totaled. They promised time and time again that they would, but give you the run around for multiple years until you final refund when the car’s been totaled. I just purchased a vehicle from Audi of Bellevue, and it was an amazing experience overall. I have had horror stories with my two last car purchases but this one I can honestly say was a positive experience! Would have liked to have purchased the little red Audi convertible sports car that was on sale for 105,000 but my Kia is beautiful, and I am smitten, it is a beautiful clean little ride! Josh (the manager) and Jacob (the sales rep) were awesome. I had initially gone to University Audi but was getting pressured into buying a Q5 that was slated to become a mobility unit. I was turned o awesome. I had initially gone to University Audi but was getting pressured into buying a Q5 that was slated to become a mobility unit. I was turned off by Audi Bellevue 7 years ago when I bought my Q5 but decided to give them another chance. Really glad I did. They found me exactly what I wanted and their customer service was stellar. I emailed Josh Friday afternoon, came that evening right before closing and came back the next morning to purchase it. No pressure to come in earlier or sign the deal that night. They gave me a fair value on my 2018 Q5 and a great price on my 2025 SQ5. Jacob spent a lot of time setup up all the options on the car, connecting my phone and answering all my questions. Josh even offered to change out the puddle lights for the Audi rings instead of the SQ5 Logo (which I didn’t like) at no cost. It’s the little things that make a big inpact. All around, it was a really great car buying experience. More
