This review got posted on multiple sites. I uploaded a negative review about this dealership and my poor experience. very quickly what is probably a bot (just like the above) responded to the negative review talking about how they value the customer experience and that the GM wanted to contact me. The number shared is just the general phone tree number. When I called and finally talked to a real person they said the GM was busy but would call right back. I provided my number and have not received a callback and it’s been more than 48 hours at this point. As expected, they have no interest in actually addressing issues.
