After wasting an entire day at the dealership, I was handed a different vehicle (silver) that I never agreed to purchase. Instead of correcting their mistake, the salesperson pressured me to take it. The “new” car immediately showed 20+ dashboard errors, had driver-assist failures, a green engine warning light while driving, malfunctioning wipers, and exposed wiring near the driver’s footwell. I was told this was “normal.” It is not. When I left a 1-star review, management told me they would only send the items they promised if I removed my review. That says everything. This dealership engages in misrepresentation, pressure tactics, and unethical behavior.
Do not trust Audi Bellevue. Avoid at all costs. More

I leased an SQ8 etron from Audi. The sales team assured me that Audi vehicles performed at or above their stated range. My lease started in November. Immediately, the vehicle performed nowhere near its stated range of 252 miles per charge. I was not seeing more than 190 miles of stated range (and in actual driving, I was getting significantly less than that). When I brought it they said it was "just because of the cold" and the vehicle was performing as designed. Incredibly frustrating. Nonetheless, I continued with the vehicle through the summer. It's never charged anywhere near its stated range of 252 miles, even in perfect weather conditions. When I've brought it in subsequently, they've tacitly acknowledged that "something must be wrong with the battery" if it's performing that way. However, they've offered no solution whatsoever. I would not recommend buying a or leasing a vehicle from this dealership if you want assistance at all with the car after the purchase. Very disappointed. More
