Any time I make a service appointment, the salesman who originally helped me get my A4 sends me an email just to check in and make sure everything is good. They make you feel taken care of like I've never had before. Hands down my favorite dealership. More

Well cared for from arrival to end experience I was truly impressed from the moment I drove into the service center. I was promptly greeted by a "concierge" who acknowledged my appointment and cal I was truly impressed from the moment I drove into the service center. I was promptly greeted by a "concierge" who acknowledged my appointment and called my service advisor. I was taken into the advisor's office, service was explained, and a car was made available to me if I needed it. As I did not, I waited in the very comfortable lobby, enjoyed delicious coffee (a choice of anything I wanted from standard drip to cappuccinos). I was texted when my car was ready a short while later, was treated smiles and courtesy by the cashiers, and moments later was on my way. As my car had unfortunately been rear ended recently, a recommended body shop representative was waiting for me on arrival. Couldn't have been a more efficient opportunity to get two things done at the same time. All and all, the whole experience was beyond expectation. I never knew a service visit could be so easy and efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership for service. More
