Chachacha I dropped my car off for a regular maintenance last minute, and was willing to wait around while service being done. They are usually really good about offering the drop off and pick up services, but today I just couldn’t have my car tied up for more than a few hours. I needed to do some errands, and was thinking about rescheduling my appointment since I gave them too short of a notice. The advisor Harry Cha must have read my mind, without hesitation offered a loaner car. Lol, I said what type of car? (like it really matters?) I recalled he mentioned the A series. Little bubble went off my head, I’m thinking: “That is good customer service and I also get to try out something new beside the Q family.” The transition was rather smooth; I wasted no time and was off to my day. Harry Cha kept me up to date with my car during service - re: timing. Overall, there was no damage done on Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. The rental car went back and yes — still had 4 tires on. Sometimes a simple unexpected pleasure that puts a smile on my face. Audi BH's exceptional customer service keeps me coming back. More
