Below you’ll see an attempt by this dealer to appear as if they want to resolve this. This was a fun trick they do to make the public think they tried to resolve this issue. I fell for it and called them. Talked to the manager Brandon. He told me that this must’ve been an automated AI response cause they aren’t gonna do a thing to make this right. Guy had the nerve to tell me to have a happy holidays. Yeah Brandon, I’ll get right to that after I have to spend $8k-10k fixing the broke car you sold me.
