I have been treated with the upmost disrespect by Bruce L. and the Audi staff. I have requested the service manager Tony and Kenny and to no avail, never spoken to either. I brought my Audi to the shop for L. and the Audi staff. I have requested the service manager Tony and Kenny and to no avail, never spoken to either. I brought my Audi to the shop for what cost me out of pocket $2k and my Allstate warranty $3k for brakes, and calipers. It has been a nightmare. They put a caliper on my vehicle that did not match my other 3 red ones. A week later my vehicle was back making the same exact noises and having the same exact brake issues that brought me in for repairs. Bruce has treated this as if it is of no urgency to him-$5k later. I have an appointment for more than a week after I had to go up there to be taken half serious. Possibly the right gender or the right skin color can get better results here at this place of business. Otherwise don’t waste your time on these crooks. Less stress is better for the money you pay for your Audi experience in the end.! Find another Audi servicer! More
Took my "new" 14 S4 in for some basic service but mostly to get the peace of mind checkup on my first Audi. As someone who likes to do work myself as much as possible I only need a dealership for those jo to get the peace of mind checkup on my first Audi. As someone who likes to do work myself as much as possible I only need a dealership for those jobs I'm scared to tackle.. it has been my experience with other dealerships "stealership" they are not fans of this and I've had bad experiences.. To give you an idea I learned first hand service advisors are commissioned workers. which means if you go to the wrong place expect to be sold unneeded services like you would a phone at radio shack :) Admittedly from reviews online I was hesitant to trust Audi. The service advisor I spoke to Ryan however was very honest upfront and courteous. (At first) It was clear they are not accustomed to people questioning prices but we're surprisingly forthcoming. Considering this car intimidates me a bit still, I feel comfortable at this point with their professionalism and pricing. I left feeling surprised and glad I chose Audi Cuyahoga falls. Personally I feel Audi's l being listed as the most expensive car to own and maintain is the fault of consumers for allowing a greedy corporation to do this. 75,000 mi service included far more easy basic tasks that I would consider a maintenance courtesy then profit margin to extort from unknowing consumers. (Lubing doors etc) charging labor for spraying lithium grease is robbery. I got the impression you're paying $650-$1,000 for an oil change and inspection + lube. (But no lube for your wallet). Lastly and most annoying is the crappy rental. While I'm thankful to have a free loaner they certainly aren't trying to get car sales out of this. The S4 I bought was the first audi I've driven since 06. This brand new A3 feels like a dang Toyota Camry.. I would never even consider an entire A-Series car because of this rental.. Update: got quoted 1.5 hours labor for 25 minute install part. Seems like they already trying to make service hours back from me declining the 75k service. Over a 30 minute labor question, he had me waiting 20 minutes for the service manager as apparently asking a second technician to look at the installation video was "rude" as misunderstandings NEVER happen. Wow... They came back extremely angry for asking about a 30-minute labor charge, and we're very strangely threatening to call the police on me.. trying to avoid controversy I went outside handed them their loaner key back and promptly noticed they had damaged my car!!!! Even the owner came out insulting me that I'm "not Audi material" and I should find a cheaper shop that I can afford. This was the most disrespectful, condescending and rude treatment I've ever gotten and I deal with foreign based IT support that couldn't care if I lived or died lol. It seems their response to damaging clients cars is to call the police on you and try to avoid having to repair it. I couldn't IMAGINE ever buying a car there, I will warn everyone I know to NEVER NEVER NEVER even walk on their lot for risk of your personal property being damaged or them just calling the police on you for not blindly spending 750 dollars to have them change your oil and spray grease in your door!! I'm calling to report this experience to Audi USA as we speak. The service manager Kevin Bowling even had the audacity to refuse me a business card. Owner said she didn't have one. It seems they let anyone run an Audi regardless of professionalism.. Another update: It seems I'm being attacked on Facebook via fake profiles by people who appear to work for the dealership. Commenting on specifics about my interactions there like they were there... I would be VERY SCARED if I purchased a car from these people!! They are NOT good people from the looks of it. More

I found the exact car I wanted in their inventory and flew up from SC. Jason picked me up at the airport and 1.5 hrs later I was motoring down the highway home. As a longtime car enthusiast I was impressed with their passion and efficiency in the buying process. Great experience and I highly recommend them. Thanks Cascade team! Kip Newton Greenville, SC More
Use caution when getting car serbiced prices are always more expensive than listed in their website for service. During my last visit (90,000 mile service) tires weren't rotated. Called to prices are always more expensive than listed in their website for service. During my last visit (90,000 mile service) tires weren't rotated. Called to voice concern and was told tires were wearing evenly so there was no need to rotate. Haha! That's exactly why tire manufacturers recommend rotating tires...so they do wear evenly. Makes me leery about what else (that cannot be seen) wasn't done during this service. I will not return for service and I recommend using caution if you decide to have them work on your car. Also, be prepared for them to tell you your car needs major work that it actually doesn't. Always get a second opinion befor having them do recommended work More

We had the unfortunate problem of a failed thermostat on our 2010 A6 while we were traveling, so Cascade Audi was the closest place for service. Will in the service department at the management at Cascade our 2010 A6 while we were traveling, so Cascade Audi was the closest place for service. Will in the service department at the management at Cascade Audi went over and beyond to fix my car and help out in a difficult situation. I had issues with the way Audi managed the situation, so I'm not sure if I'll ever buy another Audi. But if I do, I'm planning to call Cascade Audi even though I live over 2 hours away in Columbus. I'm trying to figure out how this store stays in business, it's in spite of themselves. I took my A4 here for routine service and it turned into a mess. First the parts weren't in, then they took business, it's in spite of themselves. I took my A4 here for routine service and it turned into a mess. First the parts weren't in, then they took longer that expected. Not only have I had issues, my sister and her husband have had multiple problems. First, my brother in law went to buy a Subaru that had a special lease deal. He was told they didn't have any that qualified...What? He then went to a dealer further away and bought one. However, since Cascade is so close, they took this car in for service. 3 times there were issues. Unfastened bolts, ordered parts that never arrived...etc. I have 2 other friends who have gone in to purchase news cars, 1 an Audi Q7 the other a Porsche Cayenne. They both said, "I don't think they wanted to sell me a car." They both left, one bought from Sunnyside Audi, the other from Fred Baker Porsche. it's just mind boggling out this place stays open. I bought my wife's Legacy from Cascade. I have had several issues with the car since we acquired it. Each time I had the car service, I had to contact Subaru USA myself to file a warranty claim. I hav several issues with the car since we acquired it. Each time I had the car service, I had to contact Subaru USA myself to file a warranty claim. I have dealt with Mike Primm and the buy is down right a piece of crap. He refused to honor a warranty claim once when I HAD APPROVAL AND CLAIM NUMBER FROM SUBARU USA. He authorized repairs without contacting us first. Moreover, he was condescending and rude to both my wife and I. It is clear that Mr. Primm is either uneducated or just a dumb xxx. More
Brought in a 2000 A6 for service. Had to have windshield washer tank repaired 3 times before it stopped leaking. Paid for the repair each time. Luckily, I had an aftermarket warranty for other problems be washer tank repaired 3 times before it stopped leaking. Paid for the repair each time. Luckily, I had an aftermarket warranty for other problems because the prices I observed on the invoices were unbelieveably high. One visit almost ended up costing me $2000 because of a botched warranty claim. No loaner cars offered unless car is purchased at dealer. (This makes no sense since they still charge the same amount to any Audi brought in for service) Unfortunately, no other dealerships in close area, so I may have to return for my next repair. More
