Well I went to McDonald to have my timing belt replaced and I was given the price, which was reasonable. I took my car in and then I had multiple different things that needed to be fixed. So rather than being $1,300 I now have a $3,200 bill., but that is not the issue. I applied for a credit GE card and I was told I was approved so I said ok go ahead and just do the work. I arrived at the dealership only to be told it was not approved and they made a mistake. So now I have a car that has been in the shop for a week and now they gave me the option of replacing my old items and having it worked on again and they would remove them all or pay the bill in 6 months. Can you imagine the frustration that caused me. I only wanted my belt done and they did not have my tires, so not sure how they are going to replace them back on. Then once I looked at my bill they over charged me for a tire for 170 bucks and the trunk does not work very well, which baffles me why that is not working...almost like the springs have been taken....very strange and I cannot even explain that, but was apparent instantly when I went shopping. The people were friendly, but make horrific mistakes in the finance department (assuming it was their fault) and also mistakes on my bill. Now I will be paying 450 extra a month on working this off in the next 6 months unless I can get a loan. Very, very, very frustrated!!! More
I contacted the internet sales manager regarding a vehicle they had for sale. From the first time we talked, he was aware that I was a ways away and would not be able to rush down there immediately. vehicle they had for sale. We negotiated a price that was approved by the general sales manager and of course they wanted to me to pay for it immediately, sight unseen. I told them I had no problem putting down a deposit to "hold" the vehicle until I could get up there the next day to pick it up, but of course this wasn't good enough, since they "did not do that." After some further converstation, I said I wouldn't have a problem purchasing it for the said amount before I got there as long as I had something in writing from them saying that if the vehicle wasn't what was promised, I would get my money back. Of course they wouldn't do this either. Long story short, they called me up the day I was scheduled to drive there to tell me that they had sold the vehicle the night before. Poor business ethics and a waste of time. Avoid at all cost. More
Charged me for work that sould've been warranty. Had to fix door that did not open from outside. Technician used a screw driver to pry open door trim and left cuts and marks along with finger prints all ov fix door that did not open from outside. Good, friendly service, however, I had wanted to reprogram the remote key to unlock both doors on an A4 and was told it would cost $70. I declined. (I ordered an OEM cabin filter for $18 and will install myself.) Finally, a wheel balance costs me $55. Prices are very expensive! More
They gave me a quote of what it would cost to repair the car and then it was a $100 more for no reason. When you call them on it i.e., ask why it is more than the quote nobody seems to remember the origina car and then it was a $100 more for no reason. Can I give Luke Jessenon a 10 rating? WOW what a great Car Dealer! My car died (after 14 yrs.) and I needed a used car fast. When I contacted McDonald Audi, they gave me to Luke Jessenon. I explained the situation, asked about the car I saw on their internet site (was it still available for sale?) yes it was! Well that was just the beginning, because I have only fair credit and needed Luke and their Finance group to research if they could find a loan for me. I only wanted them to hit two Banks, to help keep my credit better. (The last “very prestigious” car dealer I went to, hit my credit report 24 times – without getting me a loan) Somehow McDonald Audi got me financed, but not just financed, quickly! And a low interest rate and reasonable monthly terms WOW again. I have been wined and dined by many dealers trying to get me to buy a “New” car ($45k and up), BUT McDonald Audi did everything they could to make my family and myself feel Like we were buying a $45k car. I drove away with a low mileage 2003 BMW for $11,000 and I know where I’m going for service and the next new car: McDonald Audi Yes there is an honest car dealer still left in Colorado: McDonald Audi! I have been there 4 days in a row and not one person asked me if I need help. I bought 6 audi cars last year and none from here. Every time the sales person is arrogant and wants to make a tone or no de asked me if I need help. I bought 6 audi cars last year and none from here. I drive hours out of the way to buy. This place is a morgue and no one has any need to work with you. More
I am impressed with the service I received when I took my vehicle to Audi's service department and was greeted by DC Malone. I felt very important and he assisted me with all the concerns I had in regards to vehicle to Audi's service department and was greeted by DC Malone. I would recommend this service department to all my friend and family and specially DC Malone to take care of all their service needs. More
I had an outside rear passager trim issue and drove by the dealership to see if I could get them to preschedule the trim repair with my 55k service. The service manager happened to be speaking with their no 2 man from the Southpark repair shop. He came out to look and we got to chatting. He spent 2 minutes looking at it and 10 minutes chatting about how I found the car, how he liked his a4, etc.... He gets my card and says he'll call the next day to schedule, it's a 30 minute job. The next day as promised he calls to schedule for 1 week out and he confirms they'll have the piece painted and ready for install at an 8:00 am appointment. The next week I accidentally show up a day early, no complaints from them and he gets me in and out within 20 minutes. I didn't realize I was a day early until I checked my blackberry sitting in their parking lot. More
