Dropped off my 2021 Audi eTron for repairs on 11. 11.22 - still waiting and it's now 01.18.23. No update unless called... got better when I complained but went back to not updating unless I call. Ca 11.22 - still waiting and it's now 01.18.23. No update unless called... got better when I complained but went back to not updating unless I call. Car is under warranty, but no one is prepared to repair it in the US, in middle of 1.5 million people city. Reasoning is, waiting for parts from Germany to be transported by boat. More

He saw my challenges when I walked in the door and without me having to talk through my needs, took over scheduling my service, from start to finish.
