I made a next-day appointment to have an oil changed and I pleasantly surprised that EG Audi accommodated my request. I got to the service shop before 7:30AM, so I had a few minutes to spare before the sho I pleasantly surprised that EG Audi accommodated my request. I got to the service shop before 7:30AM, so I had a few minutes to spare before the shop opens. As soon as the shop opened, Justin greeted me with a smile and asked what I was there for. He looked me up on his pad, and after that he asked me to go inside to his work desk. From there he completed the intake, and sent me off. Justin was very personable and easy to work with. He was attentive to my needs and I didn’t feel rushed throughout the process. He set my expectations and sent me off in no time. I used to have anxiety when I get to work with one of the older guys that sat in one of the front desk. I was glad when I heard that he retired. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with EG Audi and specially with Justin for taking care of my needs. I definitely will ask for him again the next time I need a service. More
