My 22 year old daughter bought a SQ5 from this dealer and the finance manager Tim Mckay quoted her 1.99% Apr and she took the car home. Two days later they call her to tell her she does not qualify for 1.99% the finance manager Tim Mckay quoted her 1.99% Apr and she took the car home. Two days later they call her to tell her she does not qualify for 1.99%even though her credit score is over 750. I am listening to the conversation and I tell her to ask him about the .99% APR summer event, he says he does not know about that. Really??? finance manager does not know about 0.99% APR summer event???? At that point I could not hold my silence and I interject asking him, Why are you taking advantage of a 22 year old girl? He says sir you don't know me, and I say all I have to know is that you are lying to her by telling her you don't know about the .99%. Then he hangs up the phone on me. If I can give them a 0 star I would. We are returning the car ASAP. they don't deserve our business. More
