From the moment we entered the dealership the service we received was excellent. We worked primarily with Rafael Rosario, with assistance from Lindsay Wolff when Rafael was called away. Both salesmen were attentive, patient and knowledgeable. Rafael listened carefully to what I was looking for, and that is exactly what he showed me - there were no high-pressure sales techniques. He was well-informed about the car's features and very patient with any questions I had. Lindsay led us through the paperwork involved with purchasing the car and, again, was patient and knowledgeable. Rafael kept in contact with us throughout the waiting period and ushered us through the process of picking up the car when it arrived. His attitude throughout the entire process was professional, positive and accommodating. He was truly a pleasure to work with. Luis Gutierrez gave me a tutorial about the car's features. His presentation was professional and very clear. He was extremely patient and made me feel like he would take whatever time was necessary to make sure I understood the car's features. He gave me his contact information and assured me that he was available to answer any questions I have going forward. George (I'm sorry but I didn't catch his last name) cleaned the car before we left the dearlership and offered tips on taking good care of it. He personally pulled the vehicles out of the show room, was knowledgeable about all technology and mechanics of each vehicle I test drove and did it all with a smile. I thought I was receiving sales service from a manager due to how professional he was on the sales process of my Audi A4. If I could give Sebastian a 6 out of 5 Stars review I would. The sales manager Percy also went above and beyond to ensure I walked out of the dealership with a great deal and vehicle.
