Realizing my concerns and appreciating the fact that I could not be without my car, Rick managed to locate a loaner car. He also managed to have the rim repaired instead of replacing it. Based on the way it looked, it would have been easy to "sell" me IBM a new rim. Fortunately, honesty and integrity are still alive and well at Audi Hoffman Estates. World Class Service I had the best service at Audi Hoffman Estates. My RS5 had a SES light on and was hard to fill my gas at the pump.
