Excellent Customer Experience I recently purchased a 2019 RS5 from Audi Hoffman Estates, working with Mike Macedon. My wife purchased her 2018 TTRS from Audi Hoffman Estates and ha I recently purchased a 2019 RS5 from Audi Hoffman Estates, working with Mike Macedon. My wife purchased her 2018 TTRS from Audi Hoffman Estates and had also worked with Mike Macedon. We are new to the concept of having to order a car - but when you want a specific car, ordering one is the easiest way (even if you have to wait several months for it to arrive). Our previous experience with Mike was beyond excellent. He is knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and very attentive. He explained every part of the process and went through all of the options and specs. He had previously gone through all of this with my wife's TTRS purchase last year and was patient and thorough enough to go through it with me this year. We have 100% trust in Mike and Audi Hoffman Estates. It is nice to work with a family run business that promotes camaraderie. The delivery day was extremely smooth. Mike kept in touch with us while the RS5 was being built, shipped, and finally when it was delivered. We set up an appointment at a time he recommended and when we arrived, all the paperwork was done. We were in possession of the car in minutes! We have never been disappointed with any aspect of our purchases. Working with Mike has kept us coming back and we hope to continue to work with Mike for all of our future purchases. We have worked with Rick Kelstrom in Service ever since Mike introduced us, and we trust Rick 100% with the care and maintenance of our vehicles. We couldn't be happier! More

The sales staff was attentive but not overly pushy. Iman was nice, professional, and informative. I had been debating purchasing a new car for a while. Then debated make and model for a while. Iman helped me sort through my internal debate and led me to a new car that I absolutely love driving. There was no back and forth on price and I left feeling like I got a good deal. Kudos to Iman and the rest of the staff for creating such a lovely car buying experience. Looking forward to hanging out with the service crew 😊 More

Very Pleasantly Surprised For more than the past 20 years I have bought many new BMW's and Mercedes (8 in total) exclusively and believed their sales and service staffs were su For more than the past 20 years I have bought many new BMW's and Mercedes (8 in total) exclusively and believed their sales and service staffs were superior to most other brands. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in at Audi of Hoffman Estates and dealt primarily with Bob LeGault. Bob knows his Audi models inside and out and did a great job of detailing all the features and benefits. I didn't think I was quite ready to trade my low mileage 2010 Mercedes CLS, even after 9 years, but after seeing and driving the new 2019 Audi A7 and speaking with Bob I became convinced that the A7 was the right replacement car for me and now was a good time to make the trade. I believe I received a fair price for the new car outright, and for my trade. And I was also pleasantly surprised at the ease and speed of completing the sale with their finance manager. It was undoubtedly faster than for any of my other purchases. I have yet to utilize their service department, but based on what I have seen so far, I have every expectation that it will be up to the high service standards I have come to expect form my other high end car dealerships. More
