I made an appointment online, which was scheduled June 23rd, for routine service and inspection of a coolant leak. The routine service was completed without a problem. Lyndsey, my service representative stated she would follow up with me after hearing from my extended warranty company about covering the coolant and related repairs. However, as of August 13th, nearly 2 months later, I've never received follow up communication from Lyndsey or anyone. A few days after my June 23rd appointment, after not hearing from Lyndsey, I called to follow-up. I reached a customer service representative that couldn't pull up my account via my phone number, which was odd because I entered my phone number correctly when booking the appointment. I provided my phone number to the representative and be said I should be hearing from Lindsey. I had to call and provide my number two more times because it wasn't inputted in the system correctly. I've called back over a dozen times to speak with Lyndsey, and I'm told she'll call me back, or she's going to follow up with the extended warranty company then I'll receive a call. A few times I called and asked for a manager, they ask why, then I'm relayed a message that Lyndsey is going to call the warranty company and get back to me. I've called my extended warranty company and every time I've been able to get a representative on the phone with nominal wait time. During one of my calls asking for the manager of the service department, I spoke with the manager. I explained the situation of my phone number somehow being in the system incorrectly, but more importantly I'm waiting to hear back for my follow up service. While I was on the phone, the manager spoke with Lyndsey and he said she's working on things. However, Lyndsey was going on vacation in a few days, but she'll try to get things scheduled before she leaves, if not then I'll hear from her upon her return from vacation. Also, the manager stated he was going on vacation the same week as Lyndsey, so he couldn't follow up. But he said she would handle this soon as she got back. I've called since their early to mid July vacations were over, and I still can't get Lyndsey on the phone. My car was never completely serviced. More
They are rude and do not care customer service. one of the sales managers told me it ok if you do not come back to this dealership, he said he do not care. His name is Armon Tuscani and other salespersons name is Jay. we had bought brand new Audi q5 from dealer but very unhappy with this people, ever since they sold us the vehicle, we were having problems with the breaks and we went to them and complained about it but instead of fixing they always had excuses like it is a wintertime or very hot that's what it is happening so basically they never fixed the problems and now they want money to repair the same problems we are having from the first day so basically they are all about money and not about accountability and customer service on top of it they do not provide any loaner car or rides to your home to fix the problem came with the car if you live 5 mils away from the dealership that is a jock for premium car dealership. Audi Hunt Valley's Service Center has provided me w/great service over the last 2 years. Facility is clean and the staff are personable. My Service Rep- Lindsay Knight- is always welcoming, keeps me abreast service over the last 2 years. Facility is clean and the staff are personable. Brought car at 63 Kmiles for oil change. A simple 2 hours oil change service turned into 2 weeks very costly repair and then re - repairs lasting due to the mechanic error leading to the car A simple 2 hours oil change service turned into 2 weeks very costly repair and then re - repairs lasting due to the mechanic error leading to the car’s oil leaking. Was able to use car service promotional coupon and was provided with car loaners service. Car mechanic call after rechecking car for the oil leak, and told that “It is nor a big deal, it just improper gasket placement during original repair”. It is not a “Big Deal” for him, but for me it was a Big Deal with the costs at the substantial amount of money and a lot of loss of personal time.Car service advisor apologized for the inconveniences, but there were no other incentive were offered for the inconveniences such a loss of personal times or garage cleaning after car oil spells.
