08/20/2025. Had issue with 2023 AUDI Q7 ‬parking sensor. Appointment was schedile in one week with complementary loaner. When brought car to the service, it took 5 min to complete the registration. John at the service desk was friendly and professional. Car was ready in 4 hours, so I picked it up the same day. They've done multi-point inspection, reset the service interval and washed the car. Work was done quickly and flawlessly. It was covered by the manufacturing warranty. Also I had all the answers to my additional questions. Want to thanks John Fox and Russel Newton at the Service desk and the Mechanics who work on my car to service and repair it. I am very satisfied and recommend Knoxville AUDI dealership to everyone. Outstanding dealership! Good friendly people and great service A+++! Thank you. More

I have dealt with Harper Audi Knoxville steadily since 1987 for both purchases and service and have been pleased to keep coming back. However, several days after I got the car back, I got a message about "service declined": the items mentioned in the message had not been raised by the service advisor either in person or by e-mail, so I had not declined them. I found that strange for a dealer with whom I had worked for years. More
