In all that time, whether purchasing a car with Joey Collins, receiving service from Derek Tingle/Charles Vesser for our current Audi's or working with any of the Audi/Jaguar/Porsche sales and service team, we have always been rewarded with care, friendliness, and respect. Every member of staff is experienced and extremely knowledgeable, a rare quality in this day and age. Our experience with Harper's has been enhanced by the quality of the engineers and the care of our cars by the "backroom" guys, including finance, reception and the accessory department. These guys are not often recognized for what they do, but it is the whole experience with this dealership that makes the difference. But the truly remarkable thing about Harper's is their consistency. Not once in 18 years plus have we had a bad experience, or felt we were not being looked after to the highest standard.
