Outstanding dealership! Great people and service. Had issue with AUDI Q7 diesel TPMS and ABS light came up and because of that had driving issue. After having multi-point In Great people and service. After having multi-point Inspection (even send me a video of that) and after computer diagnostic they found the problem: spinning sensor on the rear passenger side wheel assembly which was the reason, and they fixed it. Work was done quickly and with a good quality. It was done under the diesel warranty. Cost me $0. Also I had all the answers to my additional questions. Got my car back in very reasonable time, considering part ordering waiting time and logistics. Very friendly staff. Want to thanks Chris Stullenburger and mechanics who make this happened. I moved to the Knoxville Metro a little over a year ago. I started to take my Porsche Cayman to Harper Porsche for service. I would stop in and shoot the breeze with their sales team, who were always happy to chat cars. Shout out Derek Bonzagni in particular, as I spent countless afternoons just shooting the breeze with him about different car. Well, they just happened to have a Porsche that I always wanted become available yesterday. I worked with Derek in sales and had the car secured to me in under an hour. No fuss, no drama, straightforward and honestly, fun. Knoxville is NOT a kind car market. There are a LOT of dealers here that are shady and not straightforward at all. The only exception to this in my opinion are the Harper owned stores like this one. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with any dealer under the Harper banner. You can see it in the demeanor of their staff who are all kind/upbeat, that they are honest family owned operation. We need more dealers like this. If anyone needs a Porsche or highline used vehicle, please go see Derek, Chandler or for that matter anyone at Harper Porsche Audi Jaguar. You won't be disappointed. More
