’m writing to formally express my serious concerns regarding how my vehicle trade-in and lease payoff have been handled — and more specifically, the dealership’s unilateral change to our signed agreem regarding how my vehicle trade-in and lease payoff have been handled — and more specifically, the dealership’s unilateral change to our signed agreement. At the time of the transaction, I signed documentation clearly stating that Audi Las Vegas would be responsible for the lease payoff on my trade-in. I was subsequently issued a check for the equity and was explicitly told, “the money is yours.” Now, I’m being informed that I remain responsible for the lease — despite no signed amendment, no disclosure of a change in terms, and no communication indicating a shift in financial responsibility. This appears to be a clear breach of the original agreement. Furthermore, the lack of communication and refusal to provide a clear explanation — particularly during our conversation — was unacceptable. Your dismissive and unprofessional tone was not only inappropriate, but completely misaligned with the standards expected from an executive representing a luxury brand like Audi. Given the circumstances, I will be pursuing this matter through all appropriate legal and regulatory channels, including: The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) The Nevada Attorney General’s Office The Nevada DMV Dealer Compliance Division Audi USA Corporate Headquarters This situation has resulted in unnecessary confusion, stress, and potential financial liability — none of which should have occurred had the original agreement been honored and properly communicated. Curtis Maldonado is the best. Took my car in and they took care of all my needs. My sunroof was not retracting properly and now it's working great. Lost a trim piece from my rear fender, (I believe someone stole it the day after I got my car back when I went to LA) and Curtis took care of it. He ordered another one and had it put on for me at no extra cost. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with the work and the 12 months warranty on all parts worked on. More
Bought a new Audi and the car has been great so far so far. However three and half weeks later and my trade is still not paid off and I’m getting calls from that bank asking about missing documents that A far. It’s now affecting my credit and Trying to get a hold of someone at the store to help is not easy they keep saying it’s handled but as the loan is still active not so. The salesperson did reach out to check in but not a lot they can do. Management doesn’t seem to care about the experience after the car was sold. Will not do business or service there due to the lack of care to this situation. More
