I had a nail in one of my tires which needed to be replaced Although I called ahead it was an unexpected problem showing I had low tire pressure., I was immediately waited on, and after about 15 minutes was tol Although I called ahead it was an unexpected problem showing I had low tire pressure., I was immediately waited on, and after about 15 minutes was told that my tire needed to be replaced. They looked up my warranty plan, and replaced the tire in less than an hour. They were all very efficient and courteous. It was my first experience with the service team as my car was purchased only 6 months ago. I was very pleased, and plan on asking for the same service advisor when my next service appointment comes up. More

Great Experiance I recently purchased a CPO Q5 from Audi Marietta and had a fantastic experience with that process. Prior to purchase I noticed an item that needed to I recently purchased a CPO Q5 from Audi Marietta and had a fantastic experience with that process. Prior to purchase I noticed an item that needed to be address. Sales person said we can schedule to have it taken care of, so a week or so later I was scheduled to bring it back in. During the time I had it there were a few other items that needed to be addressed. I had no problem getting the items corrected. Communication was great and had a loaner for a few days. When I came to pick my car up it was cleaned and waiting for me. The check out process what quick and painless. These guys did a fantastic job all around. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Audi Marietta. More

Unfair prices Towed my car to Audi Marietta to find out it was my pcv valve aka the oil seperator. I was told that the part was $245 and it would take two and a hal Towed my car to Audi Marietta to find out it was my pcv valve aka the oil seperator. I was told that the part was $245 and it would take two and a half hrs of service. Which is a lie because it is on the top of the engine. I replace the part myself and it took me 20minutes. I know dealership are always more expensive but this was defintely a rip off to say that 20 min work would cost 2 1/2 hrs. The only person that was helpful was the lady at the parts desk More
