Service It was my first time a Jim Ellis as I have just moved to the area. I had my 15,000 mile service done and they also took care of a recall issue. It took about 10-15minutes took drop my care off and be on my way in a loaner car. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. More

Recommended but ask all questions up front! Nice place with minimum snacks and beverages for a high end dealer (Acura offers more). Took the wife's car in for recall and was told her 45K service Nice place with minimum snacks and beverages for a high end dealer (Acura offers more). Took the wife's car in for recall and was told her 45K service is due in 3 days, and the tech also recommended a coolant flush = $500. So we opted out on the coolant flush for today ($250). Two hours later the service and recall was completed and was told there was no charge due to Audi Care coverage. Not bad! However, it would've been nice to know what is covered up front so customers can make strategic decisions. If we had know the 45K service was covered under the last Audi Care, we would've had the $250 coolant flush completed today 🤔😐; since we didnt have to spend $250 on the 45K service. More
