After a thorough review, it was determined that the vehicle listing you referenced contained a data input error that incorrectly displayed a price significantly below the actual MSRP. While these situations are extremely rare, they can occur due to human or system error, and we are actively investigating the root cause to ensure this does not happen again. We want to be clear that this was not an intentional bait-and-switch practice. At Audi Marin, we are committed to maintaining accurate, transparent pricing and delivering a premium dealership experience built on trust and integrity. A $9,900.00 (before taxes and other fees) mistake overlooked, that the Salesman, Internet Sales Team, or Manager didn't acknowledge until I agreed to a deal, I don't believe it was a mistake. You will have your chance to respond formally, in writing, to the Government entities listed above, and the BBB.
