I was fully satisfied with the way my new rep stepped in and fully checked out my complaints. Even when my first trip to her ended in my complaints being unfounded she fully understood my frustration and saved me the fees associated with the diagnostic. Then a week or two later when I caught the check engine light on I immediately drove it back to the dealership and without an appointment esma took me in. This time they were able to pinpoint the situation and not only has my vehicle been perfect the last few days but esma once again discounted my service fees and the notion was greatly appreciated. I can truly say that esma bright and witty personality really made my experience a pleasant one and I literally was smiling all the way out the door. Great job! More

I was pissed and hoping I would be pissed again but the new girl saved the day! I got my vehicle back and she totally helped me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Her great communication skills helped me drop my guard to realize I was putting the wrong gas in my vehicle. Silly me trying to be cheap! I really have to commend my advisor though because she was fully attentive and when she saw my complaints she took the time to listen and investigate. Then on top of that she waived my diagnostic fee! The money was never the issue but the gesture left me smiling all the way out the door. Now I’m ready to enjoy my AUDI! More
