Audi Meadowlands - Service Center

I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the service dept at Audi Meadowlands! Esma was truly a pleasure to deal with. We were taking a road trip from Boston to Charleston SC. On Saturday as we were driving through NJ we got a nail in a tire on my Q3. Long story short we had no luck getting a new tire on Saturday. We had to stay in NJ for 2 nights until we could get to an Audi dealer. Thankfully we chose the right one! Esma and the entire team were so friendly and kind to us. They were able to locate a tire and installed it in less time than we originally expected. They were so professional!! We’ve had a lot of experience at Audi service in the Boston area BUT nothing like this. Needless to say the road trip to Charleston is off BUT we ended up having a nice weekend in NJ after all. Side note we were traveling with our Australian Labradoodle, Kenzie and everyone at the dealership we’re so good to her. More

Esma Batca, expressed My disappointment, and doubt that the car even received the required service, and inspection it was brought in for. She said that she would inform her supervisor, No response. This type of experience is the reason Dealers are thought badly of. I would suggest dropping some of the Tech, and nonsense video. In order to focus on properly performing the actions of a so called "SERVICE" Dept. More
