Courtney was great to work with as was the team who took care of my loaner. Work was done on my recall and 50K service. My A3 was clean and waiting for me by Noon the next day. Owning the vehicle and getting or expanding on Audi Care is something I can do with confidence knowing this Service Team is available. If only the Service Center was located in a more convenient area is one aspect I have to note. Getting to and from the Service Center is NOT half the fun. More

I was very disappointed with my service visit. My GPS had gone awry and I was told that it required an adapter and a new wire which would cost $725.00. Then later in the day, I was called back and told I probably also needed to replace my car antenna at an additional cost of $750.00. Apparently they couldn't see if I needed a new antenna until the adapter was installed. Needless to say, this led to a lot of anxiety on my part as I only brought in my car for a 55,000 mile check-up, during which they told me I needed new front brakes and new tires, which would be over $3,000.00. I refused the GPS repairs as well as the other repairs. When I picked up my car, I was told the GPS was working and it is still working a week later. I really feel like I was taken for a ride, and not in my car. More

The overall service is fabulous. I recently did the 10,000 mile service check. I was greeted by a valet Parker when I arrived so I didn’t have to park the car. I went inside the office and was met by the most friendly customer service I have ever met. Although I was only there to do the service checkup, she suggested that the service center take care of a couple of recalls. I agreed. She told me the wait would be two hours and guided to the waiting area where there was comfortable chairs and sofa to relax. There was also free coffee and water. The wait turned out to be much shorter than two hours. I was also given a complimentary car wash which I wasn’t expecting. All of this was free of charge thanks to Audi care. More
