Kevin Siegel is a great guy, and an excellent sales representative who values customer service. He went above and beyond to help me buy the vehicle I wanted in quick fashion. I was a remote sale, living over 1400 miles away from Mentor. But Kevin did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase, even without seeing it in person. He was professional, quick to respond and accommodating. Patsy, in Finance, was also incredible. He's, as he said it, my "new best friend"! He got me a rate that beat my hometown credit union and worked with me to get all the paperwork done within a couple hours.Thank you, Kevin and Patsy, for an excellent buying experience!! I'm loving the car and appreciate you both helping me acquire it before someone else did. Audi Mentor will do very well if they have others the caliber of Kevin and Patsy. More

I purchased a used Audi from Steve Armstrong, and I can confidently say that the service was exceptional. This was for my birthday, and despite the rain forecast, they went above and beyond by keeping the confidently say that the service was exceptional. This was for my birthday, and despite the rain forecast, they went above and beyond by keeping the car in the showroom and even adding a bow.
