Problem not fixed, No follow up Our Audi A6 (15,689 miles) gave a error code "ACC (automatic Cruise Control) and Audi Braking Guard unavailable, which was the complaint my wife gave Our Audi A6 (15,689 miles) gave a error code "ACC (automatic Cruise Control) and Audi Braking Guard unavailable, which was the complaint my wife gave to service advisor (Paulette Osborne). The car was taken in on Jan 30, 2017. The missing grill had to be ordered. The part came in on the 2nd, and the car was brought back on the Feb. 3. The left "grill" was replaced (receipt says right--which is an error.). Apparently when the "grill (part no. 4G0-807-681-B-989) had been stolen, apparently the sensor which determines distance from vehicle ahead was thrown out of alignment. My wife waited for about an hour and a half, and was told that her car was repaired. When she got in the car there was a beeping on starting the car: She went back to service advisor, a service tech, came said they left (?OBD reader?) hooked up--that was removed, told car ready to go. Upon starting, she found the same error code (ACC & Audi Breaking Guard Unavailable). My wife was then then told that she would have to bring the car back for a full day, and the estimate would be about $1200 to "Align the sensor". She was not given a written estimate for the rest of the repair. She was told that she would be contacted by Paulette when an appointment could be made, and a loaner available. No contact has been made in a week. I contacted our insurance carrier, and the information from Dean Mccary obtained was the only repair needed was the replacement of the grill ($236.13). No mention was made of the sensor needing to be aligned. Issues: No one told us when we made the second appointment that there was going to be a 3rd appointment of a full day necessary--It appears that the sensor out of alignment was totally neglected by the service writer and service department. The OBD sensor (?) was left in the car. My wife was told the car was fixed--it was not. The issue with the sensor was totally neglected. No one, except the survey (which was "very unhappy) has contacted us back from Dean Mccary. Our insurance will not pay, because the "estimate" for the alignment was not given to them, even though it was requested. We live over 50 miles from the dealer. When be bought the car, it was with a promise that when the car needed service, that a loaner would be brought from Mobile to Pensacola--and this has been done each time, until now. We are now told that loaners will not be given to out of state residents, and there is no longer a concierge service to bring the loaner and take the car to the dealer. More

This dealer has no integrity Bought a car from them in an auction over the internet. They sent me an acknowledgement and a form to fill out to complete the transaction. When I called, I was told that I did not bid enough to buy the car, despite the fact I won the auction. They never did honor the auction, but it got worse. They filed an unpaid claim against me despite my trying to pay for the car repeatedly. I later found out they successfully had their negative feedback rating restored because it looked like I did not pay. To use my reputation to restore theirs after such a bad transaction is almost beyond words to explain how despicable it was. They just have no integrity, and surprised they are allowed to do this to people. More

I live 2 hours from dealership. went in test drove q7tdi talked with sales person very nice guy. did my research called back worked out a deal. they met my out the door price. I went got cashiers check drove 2 hours back to dealership and the sales manager said well we need to go up $1500.00 on the price. after I walked out an got almost home got call from a different sales manager "well we will honor that price if you come back". well they changed the deal on my first trip so why would I think they would honor it on my second. my advise don't trust them even when you have it in writing. they play games and waste your time.
