Probably the best experience I've ever had in buying a car. I am almost 80 years old, so over the 64 years of driving I have purchased many vehicles. From Ford to Lexus, BMW, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Jeep & m car. I am almost 80 years old, so over the 64 years of driving I have purchased many vehicles. From Ford to Lexus, BMW, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Jeep & many others. Sales Rep Gabe made contact with me thru text, then by phone. Mentioned we were looking at Audi on line. That I had never driven one, but would like to see what he had to offer. I was intentionally coming to see Gabe to drive a 2020 Audi Q5 Premium Plus as I wasn't sure I wanted to spend extra for a newer Q5. There was a white 2025 Q5 parked out front of dealership. He said he would go back &'get it right away. Gabe & my husband(he's 81 & had GBS-auto immune disease in December, just got home from the Hospital & barely walking with a cane & walker)said drive this white one 1st & then you can drive the black one. Of course I loved it. I am 5'3" and wrapped around me with those plush soft leather seats & off we went. After the drive I said I'm not sure I want to spend this much. My hubby Dave looks me straight in the eye & said I think you need to loosen your purse strings. This car is 5 years newer & with 8k miles is like brand new. Needless to say, I loosened the purse strings & Gabe worked in every way to make sure it was what I wanted. Such a wonderful kind & respectful young man to deal with. After 60 years in sales, I truly notice a lot about people in sales, and he is a true delight. Listened very carefully, gave you the correct info you were asking for, did not over talk-outstanding person to have on your team. I've worked with many young people in my career, he is a keeper for sure. Then we were introduced to Millie. Oh my goodness, another prize possession of Audi Modesto. I have dealt with many in here position & title. She is surrrounded by pictures of her beautiful family. Never once did I feel like I wanted to get up & leave in the interim of her presenting. No pressure, just helpful info that helped me decide what I wanted covered. On one of the packages available I had to sleep on it. But with all the information concerning this package, the next morning I felt sure it was the right decision. Millie is a one of a kind & definite keeper.
