Dennis Billings at DGDG said they take cars back up to 3 days if the customer isn't happy, why didn't the GM at Audi Modesto AJ Ghru take my car back the very next morning when I said I was misled to think it was a 3 year loan not a 7 year with 7% interest. That was never discussed. Why didn't the finance lady give me my trade in back minutes after I told her I want my A4 back and she said it was too late the paperwork was already done. I have been trying to resolve this for 8 months and decided I am done being nice.
