Continental Audi (Gonzalo in sales; Jason in finance) made it completely painless and entirely enjoyable. Aggressive pricing, top-notch customer service; thorough, yet entirely respectful of my time. I will definitely return for my next car buying experience -- well worth my two hour drive from downstate. More

Even th Picked up a 2013 used Panamera w/ 11,800 miles on it from Continental Audi. I really enjoyed working with Rob Grignon. Rob knows his cars. Even though I bought a Porsche, he knew plenty about the car because he's a true car buff. His service was second to none. Not only did he got a hold of the old owner to get the summer tires released, he drove all the way to Lincolnwood to pick them up and dropped them off at Napleton Porsche in Westmont near my house. He want above and beyond for me I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car (new or used). Jason was great with the paperwork as well. More
More than a test drive. A test tour. Generally when you are looking at purchasing a car the salesman will ask you drive the vehicle, describe some functionality and ask how you liked it. Generally when you are looking at purchasing a car the salesman will ask you drive the vehicle, describe some functionality and ask how you liked it. Matt did that but then suggested he drive my (soon to be) A4 for me. He put it through its paces on the Naperville test course and sold the car after I peeled myself off the seat cushion. No really, in my mind it was sold at that moment, but I drove a lot of other cars, met a lot of other sales folk and MA4tt stood apart from the crowd. Go take a test drive with this gentleman and buy an Audi. More
Always the best experience In 2012, I leased an Audi A4 from Continental Audi. I was referred by two existing long-time customers who are friends of mine. Jeff Garvey, our sales In 2012, I leased an Audi A4 from Continental Audi. I was referred by two existing long-time customers who are friends of mine. Jeff Garvey, our sales representative, and Eric Matway, the General Manager, treated me like I was buying an R8 with a Stasis customization. Instead, I leased an A4. Every experience with service was the same, in fact once Robyn Borchert offered to drive to my house to return something I had accidentally left in a loaner vehicle. So this time when it was time to get a new car (the lease was coming to an end), I contacted Jeff and Eric and the process went quickly, and perfectly, without a hitch. Rob Trax took extra time to explain some of the way "lease math" works, even though he had stayed late already. I was excited to drive out with a brand new 2014 A4 Premium Plus - this time with the Bang & Olufsen sound system. Great car! Clearly, there exists a culture at Continental Audi of "take care of everyone as though they're the only, and most important customer." You're greeted with a friendly smile at reception, treated to a bottle of water or coffee and snacks if you wish from the lounge, and given royal treatment whether you're in for an oil change or buying a new car. I've been invited to private test drive events and even invited to drive on the track at Joliet (for a very reasonable fee). Frankly, I look forward to visiting the dealership and am excited about what my next Audi will be in 2017! In fact, I look forward to my first oil change! Thank you Jeff Garvey, Robyn Borchert, Rob Trax, Jason Bulthuis and of course Eric Matway. You run an excellent business. More
wheel repair gone wrong along with no communication I am writing this 6 months post repair, since I was never informed of this site, As I get my wheels out of storage, I am reminded of the very unsatis I am writing this 6 months post repair, since I was never informed of this site, As I get my wheels out of storage, I am reminded of the very unsatisfactory job that was done in trying to repair my wheels. Worst of all, they really aren't even finished, the center caps are still corroded. Stasis was going to send Audi new ones, but nobody remembers anything. Between the wheels being defective(corrosion) and having the extended wheel warranty, the wheels should have been replaced not repaired. What was once a shiny hard looking metal is now a wheel that is painted gray, which cheapens the look of the wheel. The Audi rep did try at first to help resolve the issue, soon though communication ceased, phone calls were hardly answered and getting a return call, was same issue. His hands might have been tied by Stasis, but it's still his responsibility to say something and not leave us wondering. The Stasis rep was downright rude and the communication issue was the same, there was none. Stasis and/or Audi were to inform us when they came to town, so they could look at wheels in person(we sent pictures), neither party called. It seemed like Customer Satisfaction meant little to either company. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional attitude, as I have with here. I have not done business with this dealership since, that unfortunately also hurts the sales side. Again, I felt I never got the chance to state my displeasure. I did fill out Audi survey back then but truthfully its too generic. More
Hard to deal with especially for long distance transaction Brian, the sales person was a nice enough gent but that is where the good comments stop. The worst of the entire transaction was dealing with Jason th Brian, the sales person was a nice enough gent but that is where the good comments stop. The worst of the entire transaction was dealing with Jason the finance guy. He made it clear that the entire process was all about the dealership with no concern for the buyer. Crazy unnecessary legal documents he told me if I did not comply and sign, they would not go through with the deal. All of these extra documents were there to safeguard the dealership and shift all the risk to me so that if anything went wrong it would be all my responsibility to handle. I could have refused and cancel the deal myself but my situation left me at a disadvantage due the long distance travel I had made to purchase the car. I spent some time in discussing the car condition and negotiating what I considered to be a reasonable price for the car prior to making the trip to Chicago. After spending a day driving to the dealership, I really did not want to back out on the deal as I really did like the car. The bad side to this entire deal was the finance manager and the dealership's ridiculous conditions for purchasing a car. I have purchased many vehicles from across the country and never had to go through the one-sided no risk process this dealership requires. Each party engaged with the sales agreement should share equal risk. I would not recommend anyone patronize this dealership. FOLLOW UP INFORMATION (4-29-2014): I wanted to offer some additional information subsequent to my original review comments posted on 4-16-2014. I was called by Eric Matway when he became aware of the review I posted. After explaining my concerns in detail, Eric offered me $50 in hopes that I would change my opinion and revise the review prior to it being published online. I declined his offer. He then asked me how much it would take to change my mind. I told Eric that if he wanted to show good will, he could contribute $500 towards the $1000 cost of the repairs to replace a defective headlamp that was not disclosed during the sale of the car. Eric indicated he could not comply with my request to offset the cost as the amount exceeded his authorized budget limitations. Mr. Matway has sent several emails with an increase in his offer which is now up to $150 but I have refused to respond as I no longer want to have anything to do with this dealership. I just hope everyone who reads this can see that there is reason to be concerned with this dealership and the way they choose to do business. More

I knew I was looking for an Altima and I could be picky as my car was still running after 15 years. Imagine my surprise when I found a blue Altima in the used cars they had. I wanted a blue Altima and this was the first one I found that wasn't black, tan or grey! Made an appointment to test drive it for yesterday. Brought my dad with so he could let me know if it was a good deal. We test drove it (yay $20 to Autism for the test drive from Continental!). I loved it. Arranged for my husband to go back with me last night to pay the rest of the price off and bring the car home! Super easy to work with the staff. They were friendly and courteous. I would definitely look there for my next car when I am in the market again! I found exactly what I wanted and for the price I was looking for! More
Actually only inquired here as back up pricing for another dealer right by my house. Gonzalo Ladron de Guevara (best name in auto sales, perhaps ever) was polite, helpful, persistent, and patient. J another dealer right by my house. Gonzalo Ladron de Guevara (best name in auto sales, perhaps ever) was polite, helpful, persistent, and patient. Just a real good feeling in working with him. When my plan A fell through, he was there to help. He not only accommodated me on my pricing concerns, but changed my mind (along with the Service Manager, Dave?) on where and how I would get my new car serviced. Add to this Rich the Sales Director and Jason the Finance Manager being real stand up guys to work with, and the overall experience at Continental Audi could not have been better. It's a family owned and operated business and it really comes across. I look forward to adding more great reviews when their service over delivers and when I buy my next Audi from them! More
This was my first experience with Continental Audi and it was a great one! Matt Laxton was my salesperson and not only did he find the exact car I was looking for but he found it in the color I wanted and wi was a great one! Matt Laxton was my salesperson and not only did he find the exact car I was looking for but he found it in the color I wanted and with all the bells and whistles. He was very attentive to my needs. Not having owned an Audi previously, he answered all my questions and educated me on everything I needed to know. I was very happy with the price we agreed on during negotiations as well as follow up phone calls. Matt is very personable and I would definitely return in the future. Jason Bulthuis was also a great help in the finance area. Everything he explained was very easy to understand and answered my questions with a smile. I would definitely recommend Matt Laxton and Jason Bulthuis, as well as Continental Audi to all of my family and friends! More
Excellent service department and staff. I came in with the 3 year old I nanny for and they had me in and out in no time. I was able to drop off my car and get my rental within 10 minutes. The staff even helped me transfer all of my belongings into the rental. Dave Muys was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. He also was able to talk to his manager regarding a small scratch I wanted touched up, in which he made happen for me. I was very pleased with the service I had and how quickly I was able to have all the work finished. I look forward to bringing my car in in the future for any other service I need. More
