My left back seat headrest was missing after picking my car up after a service. I noticed seconds after leaving the lot. I was on security cameras the whole time. When I returned seconds later, I only g car up after a service. I noticed seconds after leaving the lot. I was on security cameras the whole time. When I returned seconds later, I only got comments that either I took it off myself, or it was never there to begin with. THANKFULLY you can see it as a small bump from the service writers walk around video, or I am 100% sure they'd just say I'm lying based on how I was being treated. My service writers was out that day, but I was assured I'd get a call Monday... Guess who didn't call... When I called, he was not informed. I would assume there would be a note on his desk "something is missing from a clients car!!" But I guess that is just normal here? Other small annoyances occured, I'd of probably given them a 5/5 still, but so many xxxxx have dropped, I kinda have no choice. BTW, saying you'll "make it right* would be doing something other than just assuring me I'll get the part in a month or two... More
