From the immediate point of contact, Jon Cook, reached out with a personal video in regards to the vehicle I was interested. The vehicle had to go through inspection and service, but Jon kept me up to da out with a personal video in regards to the vehicle I was interested. The vehicle had to go through inspection and service, but Jon kept me up to date. In the meantime, he walked me through the sells transaction. By the time the vehicle was ready, I knew my loan terms. When I arrived to the dealership, the vehicle was inside the showroom, ready to be test driven. That was a nice touch. Jon and his team treated me like I was purchasing a 6-figure car from them.
