Where do I start? The communication is remarkably horrible. My car was delivered roughly one week from the anticipated date. It was I who had to consistently reach out for an updated delivery time. In exchange for a window tint and floor mats I graciously gave the dealership a five star rating (as this appeared to be crucial to them) assuming I would have no further problems with them. I was wrong. It took roughly 6 weeks for my Audi Connect to be connected. Finally, I have had to cancel travel plans as nearly two months later the registration for my vehicle has not been completed and they cannot issue more than two temporary tags. We were told that once registration papers are completed and sent to the appropriate office there was nothing they could do. What they failed to realize is someone contacted me just three days ago from their dealership for insurance information on the vehicle which I had already provided upon delivery. If you are hoping to purchase your Audi and receive excellent care, do not go to this dealership. More
