When I took recently my Audi Q7 for regular service, as always, I set up the appointment with James Rocha. James was expecting me, he explained the scope of service and made other necessary arrangement inc always, I set up the appointment with James Rocha. James was expecting me, he explained the scope of service and made other necessary arrangement including time of completion the same day. Later he called as promised informing me that the service was complete and the car is ready for pick up. When picking up the car he again explained the scope of service, diagnostics, status of the car, offered a reasonable discount and delivered the car in excellent conditions including freshly washed.
