Sadly was disappointed this time. Upon learning that I needed new motor mounts, asked what the total bill was estimated to be. Was told by the service fellow, about $2200. Of course, the statement was reviewed with me, but was still disappointed that the estimate was so far off. More

Usually incredible customer service, but something has changed. I asked if the tech connect my S6 to their computer to review for any faults or issues not triggered with. Check engine light. I was told t changed. I asked if the tech connect my S6 to their computer to review for any faults or issues not triggered with. Check engine light. I was told they don’t do that when I bring the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked if they could check and I was told there would be an additonal $230 charge. I never experienced this before with this dealership. This Audi dealer has found a few things during other service visits as a result of checking codes. Not sure how you can perform a True multipoint inspection without completing this step More
