At the second visit, they changed their policy and decided on the spot not to provide loaner cars. They would not discuss the change and would not return my car from the service bay when asked. They lied without second thought. I'll buy my Porsche from Holbert's just to avoid any further contact with the Don Rosen Disorganization. More
