He really seemed to enjoy his job and was most helpful all throughout the process. Once I purchased my car he quickly acted to have my car available as soon as possible. Got the car ready for a test drive and asked how he could help. Simple. I was in a market for a car after mine got totaled and my son had done the research. This was the 3d car I was test driving and the only reason I decided to go with it was Christian's knowledge, professionalism and no sale's pressure approach. Karen from financing was great and stayed late to finish up with a smile. A great experience overall. A couple of weeks after I bought the car I got a flat tire( my first one in a couple of decades) and when I called Christian for advice he said" bring it here, I'll handle it" WOW!!! My son will be in the market for a car soon and I'm going to Audi Shrewsbury to see Christian Lewis. Thank You!!! Al P. More

Service Department is Unethical The service department installed new rear rotors in my 2013 S4 even though it absolutely didn't need them (I'm a former mechanic who does track days w The service department installed new rear rotors in my 2013 S4 even though it absolutely didn't need them (I'm a former mechanic who does track days with my sons and I carefully monitor the brakes). I complained, the service manager knew I was right, so they took the price of one rotor off my bill. I went back not long after when I was having a steering issue. They said I must have hit something and said the car needed around $3,500 in repairs. I brought the car to my local shop that afternoon and we couldn't find any evidence of damage where they told me it occurred. I brought the car to another Audi dealer. They found the real issue and fixed it for under $800. I can't help but wonder if this would have happened if I hadn't complained about the installation of the brake rotors. Also: I feel bad for the people who go there for service and pay for unnecessary work. More

Chito kept us updated regarding the status of our Q5 order, he was easy to get in touch with and was very responsive regarding our questions and requests. Chito was also incredibly patient and professional during the negotiation process. When our Q5 arrived at the dealership, Chito spent a significant amount of time walking us through our car in great detail. Due to my inability to attend the first meeting with my family, Chito walked me through the entire car a second time. I was incredibly appreciative of this, as well as impressed by his depth of knowledge regarding the new model. A week after we brought our Q5 home, we had some concerns regarding the stability of one of our tires. We were not entirely sure if something was actually wrong, but we were still concerned as the car was about to go on a long road trip. We asked the dealership if it would be possible to take a look and without hesitation one of the service consultants said he would be happy to do so. He did not make me feel like I was being burdensome with my small request, but rather expressed understanding for my concern and stated he would make sure the car tires were on properly – which they most certainly were. The service department was also very flexible and was able to fit me in their schedule very quickly for the check-up. There is no doubt that Audi Shrewsbury cares about their customers and their experience with their Audi. More
