Fantastic experience I had a great and very easy experience at Audi of Shrewsbury, I talked to the Sales rep Angel the day before I wanted to go in to look at a pre-owned I had a great and very easy experience at Audi of Shrewsbury, I talked to the Sales rep Angel the day before I wanted to go in to look at a pre-owned A6. Angel was great, he came in on his day off to help me and made sure the exterior of the car was very clean (theres currently construction next door and the cars in the lot are covered in dirt). He took me on a lengthy back road test drive which I really liked, it wasn't just a straight shot up and down Rt 9, and promised to address some concerns I had about the car. He offered to have the A/C unit recharged before pick up and have the techs check on the drivers side window vent because there was no air coming out of it. He also promised to get me a glove box adapter for my iPhone. He delivered on all his promises. And aside from that he was just a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend asking for him. The finance guy Chito was also extremely friendly and helpful. This was my first time buying a high end luxury car and I had concerns about the reliability of a pre-owned one. He brought in one of the service advisor's who's name I unfortunately can't remember and again, he was very friendly and very helpful in addressing all of my worries. Overall there is nothing I can complain about in my experience with Wagner Audi, I would def recommend them More

Professional and Quick I previously had an 2008 Audi A4 with 160,000 miles on it. With a sunroof mechanical problem occurring I only had one option to get something new! My salesmen was Christian Lewis. He actually reminds me of myself. Young, passionate, dedicated, and very friendly. It was his second car sale so I was more than happy to make things go very easy for him and he returned the favor by explaining all the steps very thorough. He knew his information very well and I was very impressed by his professional courtesy. I plan to be a Audi customer for life after this experience! My new A3 pulled up very very clean and Christian was nice enough to sit in it with me for a little and explain somethings I didn't know before. Thanks Audi team! More

She followed up in a timely manner but did not pressure me at all. My salesman (Pierce) did a very good job of educating me about the Audi Q5 features. During the test drive, he did not try to sell me. He just let me enjoy the drive. After the sale, Pierce told me to follow up with him if I had any questions about the vehicle. I was happy with the negotiated price and I am enjoying my Q5. If you want a pleasant car buying experience, ask for Kateri & Pierce. The F& I department was not too friendly and did not like that I had my own financing in place. She also typed in the wrong cost for the vehicle. Took her three times to get the sales price correct. No problems, I pointed out the correct price. More
Best car buying experience ever. Chito was our sales person. We were extremely satisfied with him. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and he and the sales manager stayed way pa Chito was our sales person. We were extremely satisfied with him. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and he and the sales manager stayed way past closing to make sure we bought the car that was right for us. He did not rush us. He told us not to worry about the dealership closing he was there to help us decide which car was right for us. We arrived looking to by an A6. We thought that we were going to purchase a 4 cylinder. We test drove the 4 cylinder and then after talking to Chito we test drove the 6 cylinder. He made us realize that we would be happier in the 6 cylinder. He was right. After driving the 6 cylinder I would not have been happy had I purchased the 4 cylinder. I absolutely love the car. More
HORRENDOUS HORRIFIC & AWFUL EXPERIENCE Arrived at dealership service department for the very first time and was not greeted. Stood around for about 5 mins, made eye contact with 2 service advisors and was ignored until I said something. I was quoted $140.00 for diagnosis. Received a call about an hr later from Bill Fallon (service advisor) advising me to spend $1,300.00 not knowing if this would fix the problem my vehicle was having. I couldn’t believe the suggestion as there was a huge uncertainty and gray area on the information provided regarding the findings on my vehicle specially without knowing if it will fix the problem - that was a bit concerning. At that point, I told Bill Fallon I will get back to him in about an hr. Within a 2 hr span I received 6 phone calls from Bill pushing me to do the job, I felt extremely harassed as I was at the office working and couldn’t answer his calls. The next day I went to take delivery of my vehicle as I decided against the guestimate repair. During checkout I was told it would be a total of $145.00 for diagnosis I immediately replied and said I was quoted $140.00 and instead of honoring the price and taking care of me as a customer I was given a hard time over $5.00 to the point where after going back and forth Stan Rambarran (service manager) said “give it to him for $140.00, $5.00 WON’T KILL ME OR BREAK ME”. I couldn’t believe the poor words being expressed from a person that holds the service manager title. I then answered back and said that “it’s the principle that counts”. A week had passed I took it upon myself and contacted Kateri McGee (customer experience manager), she was very apologetic and said she would take care of me. Two weeks had gone by, never heard back from Kateri McGee, I decided to send her an email, her response was the following “did my due diligence speaking with the appropriate parties. I apologize but aside from that, there is not much in my power that I can do for you” I will never do business with you Audi of Shrewsbury/Wagner Audi and will voice my bad experience in all social media platforms. This is no way to treat a customer that drives a $60,000.00 vehicle – Stan Rambarran and Kateri Mcgee - you should learn how to represent your title, the brand appropriately and value 1st time customers. A bad experience will always speak in volumes, don’t promise something you can’t deliver. More

He also helped me pick the best color - NAVARA BLUE! I'd been to several dealerships but he offered me a price upfront itself that beat most of the dealerships as he found me to be a genuine buyer. We made the deal in less than 25 minutes and the whole car buying experience was wonderful and phenomenal. I would highly recommend buying an Audi through him and from this dealership. Excellent staff, very proactive! I was searching for a 2014 Certified A6 Prestige. There are maybe 8-10 available in the whole country at any given time. Four weeks after my initial c I was searching for a 2014 Certified A6 Prestige. There are maybe 8-10 available in the whole country at any given time. Four weeks after my initial contact about an A6 Premium Plus (that's all that was available), I got an email from Angel Cruz that one just arrived. I asked him to hold it for me till I could get there the next day. He did, and informed me that it had not yet gone through the 300 point certification, and had not yet been detailed. I saw it, I bought it, and they did everything they said they would. Angel and Audi of Shrewsbury get two thumbs up! More
