Tajim Smith was a life saver this past Friday. We were headed west on Texas I-10. We stopped at a Buckees and when we started back up, our mirrors were folded and would not move. Took my car in for a diagnostic and the mechanic is claiming there is a leak somewhere and did not check anything else. Brakes were not working when I took it in, and they still do work. I left a message 2 weeks ago, the 15th, to Ben Krebb’s old line, now Daniel, about my tire going flat and never received a call back. I called again Monday, the 28th, to get bounced around from trying to old line, now Daniel, about my tire going flat and never received a call back. I called again Monday, the 28th, to get bounced around from trying to schedule a 20k service and tire department. No one in tire would verify if tire was available and bounced me back to woman at service only to be hung up on and had to call back to get an appt. It was not until I showed up for appt for the 20k service was it verified a tire was in stock. Why would I make 2 appts when the most important item was a tire. I’m at 11k miles and that appt was not as urgent. Absolutely ridiculous. I did get matched up with Matt O as a new service advisor who is wonderful. I can’t imagine I’ll be buying another Audi at least not from Hendrix. It’s not just this one experience but a multitude of reasons. Matt’s professionalism could almost save it, but might be too far gone to save. Just being honest. More
