I left a message 2 weeks ago, the 15th, to Ben Krebb’s old line, now Daniel, about my tire going flat and never received a call back. I called again Monday, the 28th, to get bounced around from trying to old line, now Daniel, about my tire going flat and never received a call back. I called again Monday, the 28th, to get bounced around from trying to schedule a 20k service and tire department. No one in tire would verify if tire was available and bounced me back to woman at service only to be hung up on and had to call back to get an appt. It was not until I showed up for appt for the 20k service was it verified a tire was in stock. Why would I make 2 appts when the most important item was a tire. I’m at 11k miles and that appt was not as urgent. Absolutely ridiculous. I did get matched up with Matt O as a new service advisor who is wonderful. I can’t imagine I’ll be buying another Audi at least not from Hendrix. It’s not just this one experience but a multitude of reasons. Matt’s professionalism could almost save it, but might be too far gone to save. Just being honest. More

I had the BEST experience at Audi South Austin today! Definitely my best experience in a car dealership ever! Then whoever helped me get my loaner car was great (didn’t get his name) and then they sent me to Tajim to help me figure out my Audi app and he was unbelievable! It felt like he REALLY wanted to HELP me… not just do his job. And Meer who just started was also amazing. The two of them helped me for well over 30 min figure out how to connect my phone to my loaner and how to use the Audi app. Usually in these situations I feel bad that I don’t understand technology but these guys were so patient and kind and really helped me figure everything out and answered all my (some were kinda stupid) questions without making me feel dumb! Thank you so much!! More

I can’t express how excited I am about purchasing my 2024 Tiguan with Molly Mosley. My car was on its last leg and needed new transportation immediately. I went on Audi South Austin’s website and found my Ti Tiguan with Molly Mosley. My car was on its last leg and needed new transportation immediately. I went on Audi South Austin’s website and found my Tiguan. Within seconds Molly messaged me asking how I was because I looked at an Audi Q3 a month earlier. She called me immediately and we were able to go through absolutely everything involving the sale-My trade in value, payments, and car details. She sent me a credit app and I was on the phone with finance department within 20 minutes. Stanley in finance is the next associate I dealt with to close out the deal. He got me the exact rate and timeframe I needed within 1 phone call. Molly and I’s first phone call was at 11:50 am. I had a deal confirmed by 3:30pm via Stanley. I drove to the dealership after work at 5:30. It is 5:59 pm and I’m driving off the lot. Total shock and awe! Everyone was telling me I’d be there for hours. In the actual dealership for 30 minutes MAX! Thank you so much Molly, Stanley, and Audi South Austin! You definitely gained a repeat customer today More
