I made an appointment to bring the car at 7am to check the battery. After arriving, I was immediately greeted and directed to meet my service advisor to see if I needed any help other than the appointment the battery. After completing the very simple paper work, I was guided to the waiting area. I must say that this place is very clean and has enough drinks, especially the coffee machine. In addition to checking according to my request, the mechanic also checked other important things such as the tire and brakes and they reported very detailed as well as suggested what needed to be done. After finishing, Kory explained in detail about the warranty and how it work. I took out the car, it was very clean inside and out. In short, I was very satisfied with my recent visit to Audi. More
