Bought a new Q7 Prestige fully loaded here in 2023. Sales experience was good, but the car has been issue after issue since then. Multiple different codes being thrown day after day, including going Sales experience was good, but the car has been issue after issue since then. Multiple different codes being thrown day after day, including going into limp mode once last year. Dropped it off for the latest list which was: low oil warning (happens every year - car is burning through oil), parking break malfunction warning, maneuver assist malfunction warning, rear tailgate unlatches but randomly won't open unless you muscle it up, passenger rear door won't auto close, door unlock/lock interior buttons on both driver and passenger doors randomly won't work, phones randomly won't connect and are grayed out if you try to manually connect them, rotors are warped (vibration at high speed breaking). They had the car for 3 weeks and all they did to correct the issues was change and top off the oil to clear the low oil alert. They tried to blame the oil burning on not using a top tier fuel until I told them that I buy shell, to which they had no answer. They told me I needed new rotors due to "rust" which would cost $6K and were not covered by warranty (I declined as they were clearly warped which would have been covered by warranty). They told me they didn't get any of the other alerts and couldn't replicate any of the issues I was having so there was nothing they could do and made me feel like I was making up the issues. I then sent them screen shots from my phone of the My Audi app sending me the parking brake and maneuver assist alerts going off while they had it (which by the way happen the second you turn on the car, so I don't see how they could miss them). They claimed to have no record of them in the service notes but suddenly found fixes for them now that I proved they were happening. If there was a fix for these alerts, why didn't they just do them from me reporting them happening? Still claimed the tailgate, doors not unlocking, door auto close not working, and phone not connecting were not happening and offered to teach me how to properly use them when I came to pick up the car. I fail to see how I could be doing something wrong since half of the time they all worked, and everything was happening to both my husband and me. Also, how could one make the back hatch randomly unlatch but not open (particularly since it happened with the manual button on the hatch, the key fob, and the driver door latch) or how I was pushing the unlock buttons on the doors wrong, or how I was stopping the auto close function from fully closing on one single door when the other three worked perfectly. Again, I was made to feel like an idiot. They then tried to sell me on new tires which they said I'd need by 30K miles when my car has 22.5K. I told them I'd pass on the tires and the lessons on how to use my car since I was getting rid of it and getting a BMW, which I did 3 days later and couldn't be happier. More

Service here is terrible, waited 4 weeks for a simple 10k mile service on an e tron which is almost no work at all. Dropped the car off at 7:30am Monday morning and received a text at 4:30pm vehicle was neve mile service on an e tron which is almost no work at all. Dropped the car off at 7:30am Monday morning and received a text at 4:30pm vehicle was never touched. I received a text again this morning 9am it was going to be worked on today and would be updated at 12. 12:45 I was notified it wasn’t worked on yet again but still could get in. At that point I said dnt worry about it and I’ll just pick the car up and go else where since I was told multiple times the car would be worked on, all while having a scheduled appt for 7:30 Monday morning. When I arrived at 6:30pm, Jordan the service manager said I couldn’t take my car because service was closed, Google only says 9-7 hours. I told them I wasn’t leaving without my car. After finally letting me leave with my car Jordan decided to lie and say the vehicle WAS worked on, which simply isn’t true. The “inspection due” light is still on my dash, dirt was all over my steering wheel and driver's door panel, and the radio was never updated like I asked, the low wiper fluid light was on and lastly the rear tire was low on air. THEY NEVER WORKED ON THE VEHICLE!!!! Stay away!!!!! Also, Michele in service who checked me in has the personality of a door mat! edit,,,,, there's nothing worse than a cringe corporate generic response to a customer's complaint to show just how little a large business really cares. Did not communicate about the charges for diagnostics, ended up paying about 250 more. In general right from the beginning I have not had great experience with both the car and the dealership ended up paying about 250 more. Have not purchased a vehicle here, but I’ve had my Q7 serviced here a few times now. If you have a chance to service your vehicle here,…pass on that. First I was told I needed a new water pump. Which was serviced here a few times now. If you have a chance to service your vehicle here,…pass on that. First I was told I needed a new water pump. Which was weird because I didn’t bring it in for any issues other than a standard oil service. Nor was I having any evidence of leaks on my garage floor. They didn’t realize I had a warranty, so they supposedly ended up replacing the water pump under warranty. Next service, I had a new service manager. I brought the Q7 in because the heat stopped working. The service manager calls me about an hour later and tells me I have a water pump leak and it needs to be replaced, as a part of diagnosing the heat issue. (This is sounding like standard protocol) Again, I tell him I have a warranty, so he looks it up and decides they can replace it under warranty. Fast forward 3 weeks later,..I get a call stating that they have flushed my coolant system and heater core and that both heater cores need to be replaced. Quoting price a little over 5K, provided there are no other issues. Needless to say, I picked up my car almost a month after I dropped it off, paid them for a few hours of supposed labor that did nothing for me, and left. Took my car to Downingtown United Tire and had it back 3 hours later with the heat working perfectly, at the cost of 1 1/2 hours of labor. This Audi Service department is horrible and I would not trust them with my vehicle ever again. I used to think that an Audi needed to be serviced by the “specialized” Audi techs, but I’ve learned now after multiple experiences that this is nothing more than a myth. If you need your Audi serviced, check out Downingtown United Tire. This is a full auto body shop who specialize in all cars foreign and domestic, and who’s techs have all been employed here for at least 12 years or longer with outstanding customer service. Last note I’ll leave you with is that the parts department marks up all of their parts by at least 30%. This is insane. Recommend you shop somewhere else all together. More
