It has been extremely well serviced by them ever since. The dealership is clean and comfortable; the people are warm and friendly, and the service technicians are excellent. They know my name and car and I feel as though I’m stopping by for a visit with friends. Whenever I have an immediate problem or need, they are always willing to squeeze me in. My car was running rough and the check engine light came on. It was a problem with the timing chain and I needed to get to work. I was going on a 3-day trip and rather than have a loaner parked at the airport for 3 days they drove me to Philly airport and said to call to be picked up when I got back. Well, I got back in the middle of the blizzard in Dec of 2010. No, problem-I had to wait a while, but I was picked up and driven back to the dealership-no excuses-no problem (at least for me). Once there I was given a loaner to use until my car was finished. The timing chain was repaired and I have had no further issues with it or for that matter, any of the work they performed. These folks seem as interested in keeping my car at optimun performance and reliability as I am. Until now I have never found a dealer I ever wanted to see again after my warrantee was up. I guess if you live long enough, anything is possible. This dealership is truly a WINNER. More

We came in to the service department because a warning light indicated immediate attention was necessary. Diane assured us that the motor oil needed to be topped off. I had to drop my car off for a routine oil change on a Saturday. Chris and Joe were very friendly toward me and made me feel right at home while I waited for a ride. At some point that afternoon, Chris notified me that both my pollen and air filters needed to be changed and got my OK to do so. Whenever I take my Audi in for service at the Wilmington dealership, I truly feel like the staff goes the extra mile to keep my car running its very best! :) More
I have been going to Winner Audi since I first purchased my RS 4 (June 06 when it was made available to the US). The Winner team embraced me and the car and I have been treated like family since. I was amazed at how familiar they were with such a new car/platform and my car has been running strong for 93K miles. I have had no problems at all, by far the best car I have purchased. It is rock solid, not even a little rattle to date. The tech team are a great bunch of guys and work great together. The two that have worked on my car have been Billy and Scotty and they treat my car as if its their own. Joe and Tommy are great in keeping me informed/updated with any services and when I wait they are great company. I have recommended these guys to all my RS 4 brethren in the NE and now most of them have become loyal Winner (including some from nyc!) More
I recently moved from NJ to MD so this was my first experience with this dealer. I needed the 55k maint on my A4 and this dealer was the only one in my area. As I did not purchase my Audi there I did n experience with this dealer. I needed the 55k maint on my A4 and this dealer was the only one in my area. As I did not purchase my Audi there I did not know what to expect in terms of customer service. To say the least I was pleasantly surprised. I was treated like I have been going there for twenty years. Cheryl and Chris were awesome!!! Both were very knowledgeable and made sure all my Needs were met. They set me up with a wonderful loaner car and even accepted a coupon from my NJ dealership. On a scale of one to ten I would rate this dealer with tens across the board. But Cheryl and Chris get elevens in my opinion. More
