Excellent Service with Excellent People Where do I start... I have been to a few Audi Dealerships and by farm the Wilmington Dealership is my go to! They are all so willing to help you and accommodate you as best they can. Then comes the day of the Service, I have TWO words for you : "Chris Oakes". Wow! If you want the VIP experience he is the man. First thing when you get there he is greeting you with a Good Morning and a firm handshake. Then he takes the time to really know the customer, understand their needs and help make the appointment/service smoothly and effortless. Very knowledgeable, understanding, personable and definitely the person you want to see as soon as you walk into the Audi dealership. I have had more then excellence service every time I have been their. Afterwards, its time to pick up your car and guess what? Flawless, easy, and they take the time to go over the job, any findings, and recommendations. The treatment is what all Audi owners want to see, Makes us feel part of the Audi family. More

I waited for my car and was extremely comfortable in the waiting area - comfortable seating, coffee, drinks, snacks, etc. Jessica, my service rep for the day, kept me apprised of what was going on and my car was ready when promised. Friendly and Prompt Service Took Allroad in for 35k maintenance and recall. Dealer prices are always steep, but you get genuine Audi parts and they gave me a 10% discount on the brake job. More
