Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that your experience with your 2025 Audi RS3 did not meet your expectations. When your vehicle arrived, the transport blocks from shipment were still on the suspension — an issue that should have been addressed during the pre-delivery inspection. Our service team removed the blocks and replaced the strut covers that were affected, then performed a full alignment, which was confirmed to meet Audi factory specifications. All steps of the repair process were documented and overseen by our service management team. We understand that additional concerns were raised about vehicle condition, including the puddle lights and areas under the car. While these were not part of the initial pre-delivery issue, we always aim to address guest concerns with transparency and care. At Audi of Huntington, we remain committed to providing every guest with a thorough, professional, and transparent service experience, and we continuously review our processes to ensure new vehicles are delivered safely and properly.

My experience does not match the level of professional and honest service you described. Your mechanics put the car on a lift without spacers, which caused serious damage to the front passenger side. The passenger side rocker panel was crushed and had to be replaced and repainted, along with other body work and misalignment of parts. Because of this, the car had to stay at a body shop for over two weeks. After your repairs at your dealership, the car had several problems. There was noise from the front suspension over bumps, the car was crab walking and the steering wheel was not centered. I took the car to another Audi dealership and they found the alignment was far from factory specs and could not be properly fixed, most likely due to incorrect reassembly of the front suspension. I am also very unhappy with how I was treated. My concerns were not taken seriously and I was given information that turned out to be wrong. It felt like I was being misled instead of treated honestly and professionally. I also felt I was treated unfairly because of my accent, which is completely unacceptable. Also, if I did not have pictures taken at your dealership, I believe these issues would have been denied.
