They are very friendly, and their deal (A3 Cabriolet) was great. Since I'm an amateur detailer, I asked that they put a prep guy on the car who cared. We arrived, signed all the paperwork, and when I went to inspect the car, it took me about 5 seconds to notice a very small dent/imperfection on the quarter panel that the prep person "overlooked" (probably inflicted him/herself), and failed to disclose to the sales staff. Needless to say, we were a little taken back, and after ordering it early May (pick up was 6/3), we were quite unhappy. Sure their PDR guy may be able to "work" the panel imperfection, but we took a day or two to discuss things, and determined that we were not going to "throw the baby out with the bathwater", so we went back and ended up taking the car with the rather small defect. Had we not "ordered" this vehicle (I normally buy in stock cars), we probably would have swapped out to another vehicle, but Dimitri, myself, Bruce and Jeff had enough time into this deal already, and to scrap the deal for something this insignificant seemed foolish - especially considering that procuring another vehicle with the exact color/equipment combo would have been practically impossible. Besides, going back to pick up the car enabled us to meet Tooba! Wow is she friendly - and she's got a good eye for panel imperfections! I must say, at the end of the day (or shall we say several), we were so pleased with the way Dimitri, Jeff, Bruce (and Tooba) treated us, that accepting the car with the small issue really didn't matter any more. It did help that they offered to provide oil changes during our ownership experience - which I thought was fairly generous. The experience at this dealership is hands down the best I've had in my 32 years of purchasing new vehicles. Will be back in 36 months! Really enjoying this vehicle... More

She understood our budget, presented her best offer and we signed minutes later. The car had to be pulled from another dealership but within days Tooba had the car. She is passionate about AUDI and was just as excited as we were when we picked up the car. We were running very late and arrived close to 8pm but she insisted on going over all the features including the setup of the Bluetooth even though we were familiar with the car. She handled the delivery as if it was our very first car. With Tooba there are no lies, no pressure, no stress, and no nonsense. A straightforward Car Salesperson is a rarity and that is why her customers adore her. She is Audi of Hungtington's greatest asset. More

Erol made the switch so easy and he was so informative and really took the time to go over everything with me until I was comfortable driving off the lot. The one before last time I moved to a new house and changed the address in the middle of signing the lease, and Karen took care of all the paperwork, registration, new license plates and so on. I had to show up and get the new car - zero headache. The last car I leased, I caused her even more problems - I agreed to lease an new car and left on vacation before it arrived. I left my old car with Karen - she turned it in for me, got the new car ready, contacted my insurance agent and got me the new insurance. When I came back from vacation I just had to show up, get the new car, and enjoy. White glove service doesn't even begin to describe the level of service I got. Thank you, Karen! More
Worst service I had a damage on my Q7 which i bought from the same dealer 2 months ago. When I gave them the car to fix some other minir issue with it, there were n I had a damage on my Q7 which i bought from the same dealer 2 months ago. When I gave them the car to fix some other minir issue with it, there were no external damages to the rear right side door, they keep saying that i did the damage to the external part of the door. Don't know what they did but now i got problems with my front side passenger door as well. Qnd the service manager was so rude that he told me to complaint about it to audi. And i did called to audi and no luck there, they are also that they belive the service center manager. More

Liar! I emailed her Sunday night that I would come Monday morning .i never recieved a response.i called her Monday morning at 9 am told her I would be there by 10.mind you I live in south NJ .i got there and no car.and to add to frustration ,she pawns me off to sales person like a rag doll.finally car comes at 11am. car has yellow markings on it and says it can't come off sorry. I say thanks for wasting time. I get a call 10 min later that it is going to,body to get fixed. Really ? I get a call next day with pics of repair done. He asks me if I want to come back .i tell Abe what I was looking to spend ,he come back and tells me they dropped price 500.that is aggressive.?i was never so pissed off .pat on back to Dena for smoothing me over to convince me to drive over 2 hours .Live and Learn.very Shady. And when I was leaving .i said sorry no good.she said ok bye.way to make a sale More

Actually, she took the time to show my kid how everything works in the new car and because I showed up without it, Tooba had to follow me home to get my old title. I feel guilty about that - she's sweet but obviously busy and had to suffer my forgetfulness on more than 1 occassion. She's always smiling so sweet you have to like her. I liked her even better when I saw she's fast and efficient. I'm a stockbroker so I can tell you she is really good at running numbers quickly for you at the sale. Quick, easy, Tooba's likeable, a reasonable person... This location really moves cars, always busy in there. So that's my review. I was 5 minutes from going for a Lincoln but I liked Tooba so much I took the Audi. I'd fill out a questionnaire and recommend her as a saleswoman for a fun and efficient experience but i never got one. So this is my review: Tooba at Huntington gets a 10, or 100 - whatever the highest rating is for professionalism. Actually I had a very pleasant experience because of her. My last word - I love my Audi! More

Those feelings were instantly quelled when I met my wonderful sales associate Tooba Umar. She was extremely kind, got right down to business, and put me in the driver seat literally and figuratively. She took the time to let me test drive multiple cars and at no point did I feel any pressure from her or like she was trying to push me in one direction or another. She simply laid out the facts, made some suggestions, and left the decision in my hands without being pushy, When I left the dealership without making a decision, she simply gave me her cell number and told me to call her if I had any questions. I waited a few days, and she did not badger me or harass me, but when I was ready we spoke on the phone and she helped me negotiate a great price with her manager. All in all, it was the best experience I had after running the gamut of Luxury car dealerships. More
Traded in my car for a CPO Audi I have to say after going to 3-4 different Audi dealerships this was by far the most impressive experience. The employees didn't have the arrogance seen at other dealerships, and in fact were very friendly and extremely professional throughout the transaction (even during points of disagreement). Although price didnt come down as much as I would have liked, at the end of the day they were the best offer (maybe its an Audi thing?) from any of the dealerships, with by far the most pleasant customer service win. In particular, my interactions with Tooba Umar & Matthew Cuozzo was much more pleasant than your "typical" car salesman interaction. Tooba was extremely courteous and patient throughout the process, not engaging in pressure tactics. Definitely a win-win! More
