I recently returned to Audi of Huntington for my third vehicle lease from them and every experience is better than the last. I am a saavy shopper and they always offer the best price, the best customer se vehicle lease from them and every experience is better than the last. I am a saavy shopper and they always offer the best price, the best customer service and the best overall experience. When shopping for a luxury car, I am not looking for a high pressure salesman. I want someone who knows their vehicles, and can help to stear me in the right direction. Larry is one of the most genuine, down to earth professionals I have met and he is surrounded by equally talented people including their GM Jeff. I have referred countless friends and family members to their dealership and all have come back completely satisfied. It's very easy to have a bad experience when shopping for a new car but the team at Audi of Huntington are a true gem. More
We first visited Audi back in July 2011. We were searching for a new car and really liked the looks of the Q5. Hildy was very nice and took the time to sit with us and walk through all the options, searching for a new car and really liked the looks of the Q5. Hildy was very nice and took the time to sit with us and walk through all the options, even though she knew we were visiting multiple car dealers that day. They didn't have any Q5 2.0s on site that were not already sold, but she called as soon as they received one. The test drive was great. We didn't end up purchasing the test vehicle, as we wanted different options on the car. After about a month of weighing the Q5 vs other SUVs, we went back to Audi in November and ordered our new SUV. One of the things we really liked about Hildy is she was very honest about what she thought we did NOT need on the car. Also, the Q5 comes with many options in the base price and we ended up adding just a few. The price was very reasonable for the SUVs in its class and after a wait of only about 2 months, we picked up our brand new Q5. After finishing the paperwork, Hildy took quite some time to go over the car and show us how to use all the amenities. It was a great experience from start to finish. More

Over the last 15 years or so I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealer. Each of these vehicles has only been serviced by the dealership. I have never had a disappointing experience with either service or from this dealer. Each of these vehicles has only been serviced by the dealership. All employees I have dealt with over the years have been knowledgeable and courteous and service has always been dont right the first time. I would (and have) highly recommend this dealership to others. More

Purchased an older A4 in august 2010 for our daughter's first year of college. The car has been trouble free for 15 months. Joe Lopardo is a decent salesperson, although he did give me conflicting information about my car. I eventually bought it and got a decent price, but several big things went wrong on the way to completing th me conflicting information about my car. Joe was helpful (if not apologetic) but his manager, Rick, is a complete moron. He is rude, unpleasant, dishonest, and condescending. (And those are his good qualities.) I could not believe how horribly he would treat a paying customer, new to the Audi brand, and his utter disregard for my experience there. I was promised the car would be detailed "inside and out" before purchase. The exterior was, but the interior was filthy. No explanation, no apology. When I was told it would be done correctly, the service dept. did no more than wipe a damp cloth across the seats. I found the service dept. to be sloppy and rude. There were some disturbing mechanical issues with my car. They were corrected, but only after I made a fuss. The dealer could have made this a great experience by apologizing and offering me something for the hassles and errors. But they did nothing. That said, I am now satisfied with the car--but I would NEVER EVER come here again. STAY AWAY FROM AUDI OF HUNTINGTON. More
I recently purchased my lease that I had for 3 years. I originally did my lease through Anchor Audi in Lynbrook who was so much better. WHen I went to buy out y lease I went to Huntington and boy did they originally did my lease through Anchor Audi in Lynbrook who was so much better. The car salesman never even notified me that when I would turn my lease in it would be subject to audi's inspection before they "resell" it back to me. This left me absolutely no time to take the car back and make the repairs on my own. I was forced to pay all of the dealership prices for their work (brakes and tires). They told me I could not take the car back which left me no choice. I confronted the salesman, Jim/James, and all he said was OH, sorry, what an idiot!!!!! Totally his fault. I decided to speak to the manager ,Rudy, who promised me up and down I'd get 10% back because the dealership was in the wrong. Well... they never sent me my check, nor would they return phone my calls. They said they "couldn't get the money" HA. How do you treat your customer like that??? Not even return phone calls!! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. This dealership has no respect for their customers. Stay AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. STEER CLEAR OF AUDI OF HUNTINGTON! More
