Terrible service and not much help I recentley bought a car here and after I purchased the car I had to replace both keys and get 4 new tires! I had to pay over 600.00 and that was before I made the first payment of the car. I also had short in my turn signal and had to pay 85.00 just for them to tell me they could not find the issue. They had my car 6 hours and all they could tell me was that all my tires were cupped and they couldn't find the short. Then had to come back the next day and it took them 2 hours to put 4 tires on! My mother has had problems with them also with her engine troubles and they couldn't find an issue with it, but the day after next that she got it back it locked up. They can never find the issue that you are talking about and just tell you to drive it back to them if it happens again. They do not call you back when you ask for them to with information, it is just a terrible business. I will never buy from Auffenberg again. More

My parents have purchased cars from Auffenberg Chevrolet before, and when I needed a new car, we contacted Mike Bryant. My mother knew Mike from previous purchases and raved about him, so I decided to go ah before, and when I needed a new car, we contacted Mike Bryant. I needed a car asap, and he told us about a car that had just come onto the lot and wasn't even listed yet, a 2011 Sonic Chevrolet. Mike helped me with everything, from finding the car for me (he did this over the phone!), to setting up my Bluetooth in the car, and even removing the university parking pass from old car. The service was excellent. However, it was AFTER the sale that this company impressed me the most. A week after I purchased the car, I had traveled out of state to my university and needed to buy a new university parking pass, but I didn't have the bill of sale to prove that I had a new/different car. This company faxed my bill of sale to the university's parking division within less than ten minutes. Often, once people have your money, then you no longer get any service. However, even after the sale, Auffenberg Chevrolet continued to assist me. I will not go anywhere else to buy a car. More
