This has been the worst customer service from a car dealership. I purchased a vehicle on 14 November and as of 31 December the car dealership has failed to fix the broken screen that was identified be dealership. First, it was the wrong part that was ordered and no one told us anything. Now, I have no idea how long the part will take to arrive nor for the part to get fixed. The manager provided some nice words of reassurance and promised he would provide a status on 29 December, we heard nothing. We finally took the vehicle into our possession on 31 December, with a broken screen. This has been unacceptable. More
