Alexander with the service department was rude and not helpful. I scheduled an oil change and recall repair service. When on the phone the guy called over to the service department to make sure they would helpful. I scheduled an oil change and recall repair service. I explain to him how the person who scheduled made sure they would have the parts and scheduled the appointment for both the recall repair and oil change. Alexander was visibly annoyed that I was questioning why my recalls could not be done that day. I had to arrange childcare to make sure I could get my car to the appointment. When I told him I was picking my car up the next day he told me that they were not open. I then questioned why I was scheduled this appointment time if I wasn’t able to pick up my car when I was specifically told I would be able to pick up my car next day. When he called me to tell me that my oil change was done. He told me that the recalls were not done. I asked him when they could be done and he said I would have to reschedule and that it wasn’t that big of a deal. The recalls weren’t serious. After my remaining 4 oil changes are done, I will not be back. More
